As a Manager, Measurement Product Execution, you’ll play a transformative role in shaping products that impact patients and providers worldwide. This position is a fit for professionals with expertise in product execution, business operations and cross-functional leadership. The Manager, Measurement Product Execution will be responsible for leading business operations and product roadmap initiatives. They will also be a key stakeholder in developing our future operational vision to ensure success across our end-to-end measurement value stream that includes go-to-market, data management, product and delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to align strategic goals, ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced digital measurement environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Execution
Partner with Product Managers and Directors to support the execution of measurement-focused product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product, operational and other priority programs are delivered on time and in-scope.
Lead execution of business operations activities: reporting, portfolio visibility, enablement, etc.
Drive innovation within measurement operations by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Operational Leadership
Optimize workflows and processes to support seamless operations, product development and implementation.
Develop and implement program metrics to track product performance and operational efficiency.
Identify areas for scalability and cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
Build and nurture a collaborative environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure alignment on measurement product strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, product management, healthcare management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in product execution, operations leadership, or a similar role within the healthcare or digital industries.
- Experience with measurement strategies and digital healthcare solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex product initiatives and driving operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,100.00 - $200,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
