Job Summary:
Join the innovative team at IQVIA’s Commercial Solutions Insights Hub (CSIH) as a Client Delivery Partner dedicated to one of IQVIA’s exceptional partners. In this pivotal role, you will support the USBU client-centricity program, helping the client achieve their strategic business goals. We are seeking a Director level professional with a proven track record of success in the life sciences industry and deep expertise in data, analytics, and technology solutions.
Mission:
The Client Delivery Partner will serve as a strategic liaison between IQVIA and our client partner, enhancing client relationships and optimizing delivery processes. By aligning and unifying delivery efforts, you will drive operational excellence and foster long-term partnership success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Value Realization: Identify and capitalize on delivery and operational synergies to unlock additional value for client.
- Governance & Reporting: Lead regular governance meetings and provide transparent reporting to key client stakeholders.
- Global Data Coordination: Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant global data delivery aligned with client’s evolving needs.
- Campaign Management Oversight: Manage the transition and integration of the on-site campaign support team.
- Client Engagement: Strengthen cross-functional coordination and establish a regular cadence of delivery meetings across CSIH and CDH.
- Delivery Excellence: Continuously improve delivery quality through robust quality management and service enhancement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in the life sciences sector, with a focus on data and analytics.
- Proven expertise in data management, analytics, and program/project management.
- Experience managing large, distributed teams (on-site and remote).
- Strong account management experience with Fortune 500 clients.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $114,400.00 - $319,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
