<div>The Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test ) will play a critical role on testing applications in an automated fashion for Lab49 clients. Working in a collaborative and innovative project team, with direct client-facing interactions, you will have an opportunity to apply your skills and expertise to create automated testing capabilities for applications that solve business problems and enhance performance for the clients. </div><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li> Designing and building advanced testing capabilities for applications across platforms, while understanding our products from both a technical and business perspective</li><li> Communicating with leadership, product owners, other technologists and users to create working testing software based on an understanding of business and technical priorities</li><li>Building scalable Test Automation Framework utilizing industry leading tools like Playwright, Robot Framework</li><li>Working with data sources and APIs and build a solid Test Data Management Strategy and utilities</li><li>Assisting development teams in improving testing efficiency and identifying non-compliance with requirements, including edge cases, usability and general reliability</li><li>Working with development engineers to track down defects and enable the shift left test strategies.</li><li>Actively contribute to improving software prior to distribution to Lab49 clients</li><li>Advocating test-driven development and behavior driven test automation and deliver high quality testing capabilities</li></ul><h3>Required Skills and Experience:</h3><ul><li>Minimum 8+ years of hands-on automated testing experience is mandatory</li><li>Hands-on experience with Playwright is mandatory</li><li>Hands-on coding experience in JavaScript is mandatory for building automated test suites</li><li>Experience working with REST API for building backend automated suites</li><li>Experience working in an Agile environment</li><li>Working knowledge of the general development landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies</li><li>Excellent command of written and spoken English</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills and Experience:</h3><ul><li>Hands-on coding experience in Java </li><li>Hands-on experience with React Testing Library and Vitest</li><li>Hands-on experience with Robot Framework </li></ul><div><b>Why us:</b></div><div>Join a team of experts pushing the boundaries of financial services products.</div><div> </div><div>At LAB49, youll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and accelerate your career growth in a dynamic environment.
