<div>We are looking for a <strong>Project Technical Leader (Device Development) </strong>to join our dedicated team on its journey to achieve invoX’s vision to become a globally recognized, fully integrated pharmaceutical company, with an advancing pipeline of innovative products addressing unmet healthcare needs, directly improving patients’ lives. <br /><br /></div><div>The role will support our R&amp;D teams by leading key device development projects as part of a wider cross-functional team. You will report directly to the Head of Device Development with responsibility to the Project Leader of drug-device combination programs. </div> <h2> Key Responsibilities </h2> <ul><li>Accountabilities and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <br /><br />·           Overall technical project management of device industrialization of one or more device development projects from concept development to design transfer.<br />·           Owning key design control design history file deliverables related to the industrialization of the SMI – examples include the Bill of Materials (BOM) and associated specifications and drawings in accordance with internal Quality Management System.<br />·           Owning the associated device change control activities through the change lifecycle, from approval to sign off and implementation/point of introduction.<br />·           Collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure the timely introduction of device change.<br />·           Leadership of external partner/s (developers, CMOs etc.) to deliver on project objectives.<br />·           Manage (identify and mitigate) project risks, both technical and business-related, drive timely decision-making to keep projects on track.<br />·           Develop and control of your project schedules and budgets to classic time, cost and quality targets. <br />·           Maintain timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.<br />Integral to the device engineering team in Belgium.<strong><br /></strong><br /></li></ul><div><br /></div> <h2>  </h2>
