From employment contracts to HRIS automation and payroll, youll make sure our people processes are seamless, compliant, and ready to support growth.<br /><br /></div><div>Your role will span Belgium and international operations, requiring both hands-on execution and strategic thinking to support effective ways of working across the group.<br /><br /></div> <h2> Key Responsibilities </h2> <div>In this role, you will:</div><ol><li>Lead and operationalise core HR functions including, performance management, Employee relations, HR communications, and management reporting.</li><li>Provide HR advice and generalist support across the organisation, with a focus on Belgian employment law (UK desirable).</li><li>Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, changes, exits.</li><li>Take accountability for the HRIS, ensuring it’s optimised, accurate, and driving automation.</li><li>Administer and manage the Belgium payroll (PC 207) and benefits process with full ownership.</li><li>Ensure consistent and accurate documentation, including contract drafting and HR records audits.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and provide insight to improve retention.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders across the group to streamline HR processes and deliver operational excellence.</li></ol> <h2> Why work at invoX? </h2> <div>We get things done, we keep things simple and we are driven by the science.
