You’ll design and deliver modern, secure, and scalable integrations that enable frictionless digital payment experiences for insurers, agents, and policyholders. Working directly with our partners and customers, you’ll be engaged early in the customer lifecycle as a business analyst, technical consultant, and solutions engineer, providing product expertise, integration design, API consulting, and system integration testing support. Candidates with extensive Guidewire development or system integration experience are preferred, but those with experience with other core insurance systems will be considered. You’ll collaborate with partners, customers, and internal teams in this position to create secure, performant, and scalable solutions. This highly consultative, technical role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex integration challenges and ensuring that implemented solutions deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead complex integrations with minimal oversight, and be a trusted advisor on solution design best practices</li> <li>Collaborate with Implementation Project Managers to scope, size, and plan “custom” system integrations tailored to customer requirements and environments.</li> <li>Lead implementation discovery to fully understand the customer’s business, digital payment, security, UI/UX, and integration requirements.</li> <li>Design solutions that align customer requirements with our EBPP platform’s capabilities, ensuring the right balance between functionality, scalability, and user experience.</li> <li>Draft comprehensive architectural diagrams that visualize workflows, API calls, and UI/UX integration, for all in-scope use cases</li> <li>Collaborate with Integration Project Managers to build easily deployable “standard” integrations that accelerate delivery and promote consistency across Insurance core systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, and Insurity.</li> <li>Maintain and enhance existing integrations to incorporate platform enhancements and address evolving market and customer needs.</li> </ul> Education and Experience: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or similar field</li> <li>Deep experience and understanding of the insurance policy, billing, and claims lifecycle, and related digital payment processes and UI/UX design</li> <li>4+ years in SaaS system integration, consulting, software development, or technical sales roles in the Financial/Insurance vertical</li> <li>Proficiency in integrating SOAP/REST APIs, and use of tools like Postman or Swagger</li> <li>Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms (Azure preferred)</li> <li>Strong understanding of data integration (JSON, XML, SFTP, SQL)</li> <li>Development experience in Python, Java, or .NET (VB.NET a plus)</li> <li>Familiarity with federated identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth)</li> </ul> Success Profile: At InvoiceCloud, success is anchored in our core competencies—Customer Centric, Innovative, Drives Efficiency, and Takes Ownership—that guide how employees deliver with impact.
