The Software Engineering Manager will provide key technical and people leadership in the team’s ongoing architectural evolution, development, and maintenance of the core platform focusing on payer &amp; biller facing product solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about building delightful customer experience products in a highly scalable, quality-focused, and secure manner, leveraging agile principles and values, test driven development and continuous integration and deployment. We are looking for a strong leader with a deep understanding of modern programming best practices, agile methodologies, and scalable enterprise solutions.  What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Partner with product and engineering leaders to define technical and product strategies.</li> <li>Recruit, mentor, and grow top engineering talent.</li> <li>Drive best practices to ensure security, scalability, and innovation.</li> <li>Oversee delivery metrics and continuously improve team productivity.</li> <li>Lead initiatives that enhance both customer and employee experiences.</li> </ul> Who We Seek  <ul> <li>4+ years leading engineering teams, with 8+ years in enterprise software (ideally fintech).</li> <li>Proven experience with agile/Scrum, test-driven development, and CI/CD.</li> <li>Strong technical background in SaaS platforms, distributed systems, APIs, and modern languages (C#, SQL, Python, React, JavaScript).</li> <li>Experience with MCPs and utilizing AI to streamline software development.</li> <li>Experience in regulated, security-focused environments (HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2).</li> <li>Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Self-directed, collaborative, and innovation-oriented.</li> </ul><div><div><div>Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
