This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and business operations. You’ll be building the tools and systems that power our go-to-market teams, working across Salesforce and other internal platforms, and shaping how our revenue teams operate at scale.</p> <p>You’ll combine strong engineering skills with a curiosity for business processes, tackling ambiguous problems and turning them into clear, scalable solutions.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain scalable internal systems to support GTM workflows. </li> <li>Work closely with stakeholders to translate fuzzy business needs into clear technical solutions</li> <li>Contribute to the data layer: modelling, transforming, and integrating data from different sources (e.g. Salesforce, Snowflake)</li> <li>Build and extend agentic/AI-driven tooling to accelerate workflows</li> <li>Contribute to technical design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code</li> <li>Mentor and support other engineers, helping to grow technical depth within the team</li> <li>Balance speed and long-term scalability, knowing when to prototype and when to harden solutions<br /><br /></li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Strong Python, SQL and Apex programming skills</strong>, proficiency in Python and Apex programming is essential, as Python will be the primary programming environment for most development tasks outside of the Salesforce codebase.</li> <li>Solid experience with <strong>data engineering/analytics tooling</strong>, especially Snowflake and DBT modelling</li> <li>Comfort working in ambiguous spaces: able to frame problems, scope solutions, and iterate with stakeholders</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>Salesforce</strong> and other GTM systems (eg. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
