You will drive full cycle recruitment for senior and leadership level positions for our GTM and G&amp;A teams. You will effectively partner with leadership and execs and be a strategic talent partner and advisor across the organization. You will leverage your recruiting expertise and deep knowledge of Intercom’s business to design strategy and differentiate Intercom in the market. As a senior member of the recruiting team, you will coach and develop teammates through your advanced understanding of recruiting processes and best practices. You will proactively identify opportunities and solutions to improve and iterate on recruiting processes and partner with stakeholders to drive solutions forward. This is a strategic recruitment opportunity where you can make a big impact on Intercom’s strategy and goals.</p> <h2>What will I be doing? </h2> <ul> <li>Partner with Intercom’s leaders and executives to deeply understand their needs and develop functional recruiting strategies to drive our GTM and G&amp;A organization’s growth. </li> <li>Influence stakeholders on their approach, strategy, and processes. Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics. </li> <li>Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions and influence and advice stakeholders. </li> <li>Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li>Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.</li> <li>Coach and mentor recruiters across the team. Drive the team’s excellence in execution.</li> </ul> <h2>What skills do I need? </h2> <ul> <li>8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth tech environment. </li> <li>Deep expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams (GTM and G&amp;A functions). </li> <li>Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent. </li> <li>Proven experience utilizing AI-powered recruitment tools.</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.  </li> <li>Data and metrics driven, ability to use data to inform decisions. </li> <li>Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. </li> <li>Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines. </li> <li>Aligned with Intercom’s values; growth mindset, highly collaborative, work with a sense of urgency and obsess about customer success. </li> <li>Familiarity with Greenhouse; bonus points for familiarity with Ashby Analytics &amp; Brighthire</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits </h2> <p>We are a well-treated bunch with awesome benefits! Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).  </p><div><p><strong>Policies </strong></p> <p>Intercom has a hybrid working policy.
