The Corporate Supply Planning Operations (CSPO) organization is in search of a Senior Director to manage our Supply Strategy and Analytics Team. This role directly reports to the CSPO General Manager and Vice-President, within the Corporate Planning Group (CPG).

This senior leadership position leads a team responsible for developing corporate wide supply strategies over a two-year horizon that supports Intels financial and business objectives. The scope of the teams work covers approximately 90 percent of Intels revenue across internal and external supply chains for business units. This role requires regular and active engagement with the Executive Team (ET) and other executive/senior leaders. The role requires the ability to succinctly summarize highly complex data with corporate executives to gain awareness and alignment on various supply, inventory, and business strategies that affect Intels customers and corporate financials. This role requires the ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing, multiple Business Units, Manufacturing, Technology Development, and Finance.

The Supply Strategy and Analytics team is made up of approximately 40 individuals whose main responsibilities consist of:

  • Developing Intels 2-year Supply Plan that enables strategic actions and decisions to be made in alignment with Intels business/financial objectives.
  • Driving cross-Business Unit supply trade off decisions during supply chain constraints.
  • Providing Internal, External and Platform Alignment Supply and Scenarios that provide executive level awareness of supply capability outlooks.
  • Ensuring supply strategies and capabilities support Intels Revenue and customer commitments while considering key financial metrics such as free cash flow, inventory reserves and gross margin risks and opportunities.
  • Driving resolution, accountability, and ownership of supply and financial challenges. Solutions may consist of influencing internal and external foundry capacity
  • Conducting various supply/business sensitivity scenarios to determine if adjustments should be made to existing strategies.
  • Leveraging data science, mathematical models, statistics, and inventory modelling to develop, influence and drive inventory strategies.
  • Engaging and influencing strategic supply chain transformation programs and initiatives.
  • Help lead the operational execution of IAO, including operationalizing new supply planning processes and systems (Blue Yonder).

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in supply chain management, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field of study with 10+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of People Management experience


Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or masters degree in supply chain management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study
  • Management experience in developing organizations and people skills in a Supply Chain or Business Operations function
  • Demonstrated expertise presenting to executive level management with effective cross organizational communication and influencing skills.
  • Understanding and experience driving LEAN/continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to apply business acumen to conduct various data analysis and supply scenarios that lead to business decisions and action
  • In-depth knowledge of Intel supply chain and Intels various business unit roadmaps/strategies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$212,550.00-$300,070.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
