Reporting to the SVP, Global Marketing,  you will play a critical role in helping to build a best-in-class Marketing organization that increases awareness of the IAS brand and drives demand for its product solutions.   What You Will Do <ul> <li>Partner with the SVP, Global Marketing to develop and flawlessly implement Marketing strategy &amp; plans and report out against quantitative goals, iterating as business priorities evolve</li> <li>Own the centralized Global strategy and best practices while enabling regional teams to provide input, adapt initiatives to local needs, and execute effectively </li> <li>Lead teams across: </li> <ul> <li>Growth Marketing (lead/demand gen, ABM, campaigns, paid media, website, email)</li> <li>Content (data-driven research, videos, blog,etc.) &amp; Sales Materials (case studies, RFPs, mini guides, etc.) </li> <li>Events (tentpole &amp; industry event experiences, speakership programming)  </li> </ul> <li>Coach and develop skills across the Marketing team to effectively pivot into a strategic growth driver for the business </li> <li>Champion cross-functional collaboration across the Marketing team and the organization (Sales, Product Marketing, Research &amp; Insights, Product Management, BD, BizOps, etc.)</li> <li>Provide ongoing optimization recommendations for pipeline and revenue impact and positive channel ROI </li> <li>Maximize industry membership investments and create strategic relationships</li> <li>Continually review changes to the market, trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the Marketing plan if necessary </li> <li>Identify new tools and processes for scale and efficiency and implement Globally as feasible</li> <li>Help demonstrate the value of Marketing by showcasing wins to the broader Commercial org  </li> </ul> What Is Expected <ul> <li>Leadership Alignment: Ability to present to, and get alignment from, Regional and Global Sales &amp; Marketing leadership with visibility to the C-suite</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coaching &amp; Skill Development: Demonstrated ability not only to lead but to coach a team with a “train the trainer” process for growing skillsets</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to partner with other functions using strong interpersonal skills to influence and drive decisions</li> <li>Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning: Experience adopting and localising  GTM initiatives for new products, services, or market launches.</li> <li>Growth Marketing Proficiency: Core expertise in building and managing demand &amp; lead gen programs across regions </li> <li>Content Marketing: Experience in building a content strategy that aligns with customer segmentation and priority thought leader and Sales narratives to drive engagement and demand </li> <li>Event Marketing: Experience in driving event ROI across tentpoles, industry conferences, and partner programs </li> <li>Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to interpret data and analytics to optimize against quantitative KPIs</li> <li>Budget Management: Skilled in managing marketing budgets and maximizing ROI </li> <li>Agency &amp; Vendor Management: Experience selecting and managing third-party vendors (as needed) </li> <li>Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders effectively </li> <li>AdTech Industry Experience: Worked a minimum of 3 years in the B2B AdTech/SaaS space</li> </ul> New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $216,300 - $370,800. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
