Join us on this rocket ship to Mars!</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>About the role:</b></div><div><span>In this role, you’ll be helping organizations big and small get access to more resources so they can grow their impact.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Over the past year, we’ve seen great results reaching out to universities and non-profits to let them know about Instrumentl, and now we are growing a dedicated team to scale this effort.  We are looking for someone who loves the idea of spending all day on the phone with non-profits and universities.  </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>But, we’re not just looking for a typical sales rep. We are looking for someone who wants to build a sales career and do good at the same time. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This role is perfect for a sales professional early on in their career, or someone looking to career switch into sales, that wants to help some of the best organizations in the world.  </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The Instrumentl team is fully distributed (read: no office!). </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Get to know us at </span><a href="https://instrumentl.com/about">instrumentl.com/about</a><span>! </span></div><h3>In this role, you should expect to:</h3><ul><li>Research organizations that would be a good fit for Instrumentl</li><li>Make over 400 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team</li><li>Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM so that we can close</li><li>Learn how our value proposition applies to different types of organizations, so that you can engage in quality conversation on the phone</li><li>Spend 10% of your time collaborating with other departments and/or working on experiments that we think have the potential to be a force multiplier</li></ul><h3>An excellent hire will:</h3><ul><li>Book 10+ demos for the team every week through top of funnel outreach (we have people doing more than 10/week today)</li><li>Win over organizations with fast follow through, strong attention to detail, and palpable customer empathy</li><li>Communicate insights and blockers from conversations to help inform how to make our pitch better </li></ul><h3>About You:</h3><ul><li>You have spent at least one (1) year selling, or 3+ years in another industry and want to get into sales</li><li>You are comfortable in fast-paced environments, and you bring a dose of humility and a sense of humor to work every day.</li><li>You welcome feedback, champion new ideas, and encourage others to do likewise.</li><li>You’re curious and are constantly ‘getting to the bottom of things’</li><li>You have a bias towards action</li><li>You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and doing hard work</li><li>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; benefits: </h3><ul><li>OTE $60,000-$90,000</li><li>100% covered health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (50% for dependents)</li><li>Generous PTO policy, including parental leave</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Company laptop + stipend to set up your home workstation</li><li>Company retreats for in-person time with your colleagues</li><li>Work with awesome nonprofits around the US.
