We’re profitable and doubling year-over-year, with strong product-market fit (NPS is 60+).</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>About the role:</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>At Instrumentl, our grants data is the lifeblood of our product and our customers rely on us to provide up-to-date and accurate funding information in the form of grant data, funder data, and application data. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>As an Apply Associate, you will own a portion of the processes required to ensure the timely and accurate production of grant application information. In this phase of product development, a significant part of your role will involve hands-on data entry and process refinement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your insights will directly contribute to improvements in our Apply tool, as you collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to enhance automation and user experience. You will also be communicating with our users and will be expected to go above and beyond in your interactions with them.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>You’ll report directly to Kate, our Apply Team Lead and sit within the Product Team.
