This role is responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions, creating high-quality training materials, and ensuring that all content aligns with learning objectives and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of content creation principles, and training facilitation. In addition, they should be enthusiastic about identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience with video editing and e-learning development is a plus but not required.
