This role will ensure consistency in financial practices and reporting standards across different countries. The successful candidate will have an understanding of international accounting and tax regulations, as well as experience managing multi-country accounting processes.</div><h3>Key Responsibilities - Multi-Country Accounting Oversight</h3><ul><li>Work with external providers (accounting/tax) across multiple regions.</li><li>Develop and implement standardized accounting practices, procedures, and controls across all locations.</li><li>Oversee all international accounting operations, ensuring that accounting records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).</li><li>Coordinate the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across different countries, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.</li><li>Maintain oversight over intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and transfer pricing compliance.</li></ul><h3>Tax Compliance &amp; Strategy</h3><ul><li>Oversee all global tax compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to international tax laws, and regulations in each country.</li><li>Collaborate with external tax advisors and local teams to manage audits, tax filings, and documentation for global tax compliance.</li></ul><h3>Internal Controls &amp; Risk Management</h3><ul><li>Monitor effective internal controls and financial processes to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure accurate financial reporting (SOX)</li><li>Ensure that all accounting processes are in compliance with relevant accounting principles, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.</li></ul><h3>Systems &amp; Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Implement best practices in accounting operations to streamline processes, improve automation, and reduce manual interventions.</li><li>Stay up to date with global financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.</li></ul><h3>Education:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus).</li></ul><h3>Experience and skills:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in accounting and finance</li><li>Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Strong background in financial reporting and financial analysis.</li><li>Proficient in accounting software (ERP systems, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic international business environment.</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic, global team at the forefront of innovation in the Artificial intelligence sector.</li><li>A collaborative and inclusive work environment where you can grow professionally.</li></ul><div><b>* Please submit your CV/Resume in English *</b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Our commitment to our people</b></div><div>We empower individuals to celebrate their uniqueness here at InstaDeep.
