You will support development and execution of sales strategies, establish and maintain client relationships.</div><div>This is a sales-oriented position, primarily focused on promoting and selling the Company’s products and services. While prior AI experience is not required, we are looking for candidates with a strong background in technical life science sales in B to B and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.</div><div><br /></div><div>This role will report directly to the Head of Business Development - BioAI. </div><div><br /></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify and develop revenue opportunities with life science enterprises.</li><li>Leverage and expand your strong network of relationships and connections within the life science ecosystem, including commercial enterprises, research institutions, academic centers, and industry associations to grow awareness of InstaDeep’s offerings.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive understanding of and report on industry developments, product features, and market trends to effectively position the Company products and differentiate them from competitors.</li><li>Work closely with the Head of Business Development - BioAI to refine InstaDeep’s value proposition and shape the product and services roadmap.</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and materials to support sales efforts and increase brand awareness.</li><li>Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Aichor products and generate leads.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Masters degree in a biology; Doctorate preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of core concepts in machine learning or related computer science field</li><li>Proven experience in sales management of at least 5 years, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, in the B2B technology/software industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving growth and achieving results.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track sales performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and represent the company at events.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Competitive Bonus: hard commissions as % of revenues</li><li>Benefits include health coverage, pension, etc</li><li>Working in small, diverse teams where you can make an impact</li><li>Varied challenges across industries, collaboration with various global offices of InstaDeep</li></ul><div><b>Our commitment to our people</b></div><div>We empower individuals to celebrate their uniqueness here at InstaDeep.
