Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li> <li>A proven track record of building and scaling high-performing social campaigns that drive cultural relevance, social engagement, and business results.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and mentor a team while influencing stakeholders across the organization.</li> <li>A strategic and creative thinker who can seamlessly balance brand storytelling with driving impact, while ensuring creative excellence across all social content.</li> <li>Highly data-literate and performance-driven, you can demonstrate with data what social media success looks like.
