Together, we can develop innovative and culturally relevant programs that can reduce administrative costs, streamline operations, and lower healthcare costs while improving member health and well-being.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will establish and grow strategic relationships with healthcare payers, especially in Medicaid.</p> <ul> <li>Lead high potential partnerships in the end to end growth cycle, from sourcing to negotiation to launch as well as on-going account strategic planning and growth.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers within current and prospective partners as as well as the broader healthcare community </li> <li>Understand partners’ needs and create tailored solutions while structuring complex, long-term agreements</li> <li>Act as cross-functional partner to internal teams including operations, finance, legal, and product to grow our business and effectively manage partner relationships</li> <li>Contribute to the continued development of best practices, tools, and processes for Instacart’s growth </li> <li>Track industry trends and competitive landscape to inform Instacart Health’s sales and product strategy</li> <li>Represent Instacart Health at industry conferences and events</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated success in <ul> <li>Developing new business and partnerships with healthcare payers including Medicaid</li> <li>Applying a consultative sales approach to solving complex problems</li> <li>Navigating complex organizations</li> </ul> </li> <li>Deep knowledge of health plan quality initiatives and operations</li> <li>Strong interest in expanding access to nutritious foods and everyday essentials to improve health </li> <li>Humble, collaborative, and driven - with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, roll up your sleeves to execute, adapt and grow rapidly.</li> <li>Passionate about Instacart Health’s mission and excited to shape its future</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum: Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>Demonstrated success in healthcare</li> </ul><div><div><div><p><span>Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work.
