Partners include Financial Service institutions, streaming partners, cooking apps, multi-media companies and more. This role will play a critical role in supporting Partner Managers in the ongoing management of high visibility programs for Instacart. This individual will also interface closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Policy, Finance, etc.</p> <p><strong><em>About the Team - </em></strong></p> <p>The Strategic Partnerships team at Instacart is a group of experienced and results-driven professionals who are passionate about driving incremental growth for the company, generating cost-savings, and accelerating the company’s strategic priorities through needle-moving partnerships with a range of companies. Our team is responsible for managing some of Instacart’s key external relationships while working closely with Instacart Leadership and cross-functional teams to bring those partnerships to life and unlock new opportunities for the business. Our team values strategic thinking, creativity, and using data and insights to drive our decision-making. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Job</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the partnership program CEO; <ul> <li>Managing the program end-to-end inclusive of developing a roadmap with cross-functional partners</li> <li>Reporting out results to internal and external leadership</li> <li>Collaborating on industry defining marketing campaigns which support the growth of the program as well as Instacart</li> </ul> </li> <li>Partner management of Tier 1 consumer growth partners;  <ul> <li>Track quarterly business reviews with partners and ensure the delivery of high impact results </li> <li>Provide a strategic business and partnership perspective to the Product and Engineering teams including developing a joint roadmap</li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaborate and support the development of the Partnerships strategy with cross-functional teams including opportunity sizing and resource prioritization to help drive the next level of innovation and growth for Instacart</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Minimum Qualifications</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>4-6 years of business development or partnerships experience in tech or related industries</li> <li>Experience working in the financial service industry and/or familiarity with growth partnerships</li> <li>Experience working with marketing and developing consumer focused campaigns</li> <li>Experience working with product and engineering teams with a desire to tackle complex problems </li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Preferred Qualifications</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Energetic, motivated self-starter who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and thrives in ambiguity</li> <li>High level of competency (organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills) with a detailed-oriented mindset</li> <li>You have a bias towards action, are intellectually curious, execute efficiently, and are relentlessly resourceful</li> </ul> <p> </p><div><div><div><p><span>Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work.
