About the role
We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be engaging with our customers post-sales to implement software solutions on the Inspectorio platform.
Youll be working in an agile environment to understand our clients business processes and technical needs, configure Inspectorios solutions, use APIs to integrate with multiple systems through a fast-paced software implementation. You will also collaborate with clients technical teams and business users as needed throughout the entire implementation cycle and drive adoption.
What youll do
- Assume hands-on project implementation duties in all phases of the implementation (design, build, test, deploy) engagement.
- Participate and support the architectural design decisions regarding interfaces between Inspectorio solution and other systems, as well as the technical approach for custom scripts and reports, and gain the clients confidence in the recommended approach.
- Liaise between the customer and engineering to ensure application bugs and enhancements are identified, tracked, and prioritized appropriately.
Qualifications
- 4+ Years of experience working in enterprise applications, SaaS B2B solutions, or relevant areas
- Excellent communication skills, passion for technology and continuous learning, and affinity for asking why and solving the right problems
- Experience interacting with JSON, XML, REST APIs, ETL and event-driven design patterns
- Programming skills to build new integrations (e.g. Python, Google Cloud Functions)
- Advanced SQL skills and ability to create complex SQL joins, queries to wrangle data
- Experience creating functional and technical design documents is preferred
