About the roleThe Solutions Consulting team is primarily responsible for growing annual recurring revenue by providing business and technical expertise throughout the customer lifecycle. As a Principal Customer Success Solutions Consultant, you can be part of this impactful and exciting journey at Inspectorio. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients in, primarily in the retail and apparel industry, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to help them leverage our technology solutions effectively. You will combine your deep industry expertise with a strong understanding of our platform offering to drive business outcomes and deliver value to our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in consulting, implementation, and client engagement; as well as a deep understanding of both technology and the supply chain management within the apparel/fashion industry. What youll do<ul><li>Serve as the subject matter expert on industry trends, challenges, and best practices within the retail and apparel industry. </li><li>Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs and business objectives to develop tailored solutions and recommendations. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to align our offerings with client requirements. </li><li>Lead the development and delivery of high-impact product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and executive briefings to showcase our capabilities and thought leadership. </li><li>Have extensive industry knowledge and guide cross-functional teams on industry trends and challenges. </li><li>Actively seek out new knowledge, share insights, and encourage team learning. </li><li>Manage multiple projects independently, while identifying project risks, and ensuring timely delivery </li><li>Analyze potential risks in projects, implement risk management plans, and provide risk insights </li><li>Design and validate comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs and oversee multiple implementations; ensure best practices &amp; resolve escalated issues </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure their needs are met </li><li>Conduct thorough discovery sessions and integrate findings into solution design </li><li>Strategize client engagements; deep technical consulting. Consult clients on best practices, drive deeper engagements, upsell services </li><li>Demonstrate proficient negotiation skills, finding win-win solutions </li><li>Lead in-depth analysis; predictive modeling. Lead complex implementations; custom solution design </li><li>Produce in-depth technical guides and is seen as a documentation expert.
