This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our EPM offering delivers strategic value and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design and Architecture: Design end-to-end EPM solutions with insightsoftware EPM products aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. Develop solution blueprints covering data integration, application alignment, authorisation frameworks, and performance optimization.Implementation and Delivery: Lead technical implementation of solutions across insightsoftware EPM platforms. Oversee system configurations, customizations, and integrations with ERP systems and enterprise applications. Define and implement data models, hierarchies, business rules, and calculation logic for planning and consolidationStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, FP&amp;A, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Facilitate design sessions to gather requirements and validate approaches. Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development team. Establish development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for EPM solutions. Lead proof of concepts to validate new technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced system performance and user experience.Project Management Support: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
