Reporting to the VP, Corporate Communications, this individual will play an integral role in raising global awareness of insightsoftware with key audiences and amplifying our market position through effective external communications. You will own our analyst relations program and partner with our Senior Corporate Communications Manager to elevate our public relations initiatives, working together to drive public awareness of the business, promote our global marketing campaigns, maximize our brand recognition, increase media presence, and amplify reach.</p><p>What will you do?</p><ul><li>Own and execute insightsoftwares analyst relations strategy – leveraging agency support, continuously identify key targets, nurture relationships, maintain constant communication, organize briefings and inquiries, and manage the submission and evaluation process for inclusion in industry reports.</li><li>Partner with Senior Corporate Communications Manager to elevate public relations program – collaborate on media relations activities, press release development, managing global PR agency, and aligning PR campaigns with broader Marketing initiatives and product launches.</li><li>Develop and manage spokesperson bench – identify, prepare, and coordinate internal experts for media opportunities, manage media training programs, and ensure spokespersons are equipped with key messaging and interview skills.</li><li>Support M&amp;A communications – execute communication initiatives for merger and acquisition activities in collaboration with the Senior Corporate Communications Manager.</li><li>Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to support thought leadership campaigns and executive communications, including customer outreach, social media, speaking opportunities, and blog content.</li><li>Manage awards program – strategically nominate insightsoftware for relevant industry awards, coordinate submission materials, and promote wins to maximize visibility and brand recognition.</li><li>Track and report on key metrics – maintain PR/AR calendars, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting on communications activities.</li><li>Oversee digital newsroom – partner with Digital Marketing team to revamp and maintain the online press center with fresh content and improved functionality.</li></ul><p>How will you get it done?</p><ul><li>Extreme Ownership – ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving high-quality outputs and results.</li><li>Growth Driven– actively pursue new ways of getting things done, AB testing, questioning the status quo.</li><li>AI-First Mindset – leverage AI tools to streamline communications processes, enhance content creation, improve workflow efficiency, and accelerate delivery.</li><li>Strategic Execution – passion for process and delivering superior results through thoughtful planning and flawless implementation.</li><li>Clear Communication – ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders both orally and in writing.</li><li>Agency Management – effectively coordinate and manage external agency relationships to maximize program performance.</li><li>Media &amp; Analyst Savvy – comfortable working with media, developing spokespersons, and navigating media opportunities.</li><li>Collaborative Excellence – work effectively as part of a communications team, supporting cross functional teams and senior leadership while maintaining ownership of key programs.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years corporate communications experience.</li><li>Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.</li><li>Proven track record of managing analyst relations programs for a high-growth, B2B technology company.</li><li>Experience supporting PR programs and media relations activities.</li><li>Strong storyteller with the natural ability to simplify complex messaging.</li><li>Go-getter that is resourceful and proactive, with the ability to manage up and work collaboratively across team levels.</li><li>Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all levels, and with professionals outside the business.</li><li>Ability to create content within established brand guidelines, learning the brand rules over time to become a true brand guidelines champion.</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills; highly organized and structured.</li><li>Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English.
