Read on.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own and lead Insider’s executive thought leadership content program — including ghostwritten articles, keynotes, speeches, opinion pieces, presentations, and media commentary.</li><li>Develop high-impact long-form content: including blog posts, whitepapers, research reports, and customer stories that strengthen Insider’s leadership positioning.</li><li>Partner directly with Insider’s founders, executive team, and cross-functional leaders to translate their perspectives into high-quality editorial outputs.</li><li>Build scalable frameworks for creating content even when stakeholder input is limited, fragmented, or last-minute.</li><li>Conduct research across MarTech, AI, SaaS, and enterprise CX topics to create best-in-class insights, benchmarks, and original POVs.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, AR, Comms, and Sales teams to align messaging.</li><li>Use AI tools (LLMs, agents, augmentation platforms) to research, accelerate drafts, refine content, and scale output while maintaining human editorial quality.</li><li>Adapt complex, technical, or data-driven topics into clear, accessible, business-relevant storytelling for multiple audiences.</li><li>Own internal presentation and narrative development for select high-stakes investor meetings, partner presentations, and leadership briefings.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines while protecting narrative quality and attention to detail.</li><li>Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and pick up your hypothetical pen to support other content needs as required. </li></ul><h3>Requirements and Skills</h3><ul><li>3-5+ years of experience in editorial content, thought leadership, or executive communications, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, AI, or adjacent B2B technology industries.</li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills — with a sharp instinct for voice, structure, and narrative flow.</li><li>Direct experience ghostwriting or writing on behalf of senior executives is strongly preferred.</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate with minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex ideas, such as technical or product information, and quickly turn partial information into high-quality drafts.</li><li>Experience applying AI tools and platforms as part of content creation, research, and workflow optimization.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.</li><li>Curious mindset with a passion for technology, SaaS business models, AI trends, and enterprise customer engagement.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience applying AI tools, LLMs, and generative platforms into your creative workflows.</li><li>Experience writing for US-market B2B audiences strongly preferred.</li><li>Deep understanding of SEO and GEO, and their relation to Content Marketing.</li><li>Well-versed in best practices and content performance analytics.</li><li>Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Passionate about customer experience and the intersection of technology and AIExtremely comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li><li>Able and willing to work outside of typical working hours to collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage projects across the globe.</li><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, International Relations, English, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul><div><b>Was this role made for you?</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Let’s talk!
