We also leverage our expertise in vacuum technology to provide unique, toxic chemical analysis products for emergency response, security, and environmental health and safety.</p><h3>Stellenbeschreibung</h3><p> </p><ul><li>Represent INFICON FPS to your clients both on site and on frequent remote calls.</li><li>Effectively interface with broad range of client stakeholders including operators, process engineers, industrial engineers, Fab managers, IT, and Executives.</li><li>Manage the entire project life cycle by developing and maintaining the schedule to meet project goals, defining clear deliverables, determining what expertise is required, and producing estimates of program/project requirements based on changing client needs.</li><li>Work closely with other members of the FPS apps engineering team including frequent communication with Program Manager and Commercial Manager for your sites.</li><li>Work closely with the FPS software development team (EMEA, US, Asia) including providing feedback on applications, communicating new feature requests, performing QA for new versions, and managing deployments.</li><li>Frequent communication with Program Manager and Key Account Manager for your sites.</li><li>Develop training material, provide on-site training, and update FPS Help Site as needed.</li><li>Provide support during unscheduled downtime.</li><li>Travel may be required on average of 30% but will vary based on projects’ status</li></ul><h3>Qualifikationen</h3><ul></ul><ul><li>3+ years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing</li><li>Diploma, Master’s degree or higher in engineering or computer science</li><li>Responsibilities commensurate with experience and education</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Familiarity with industrial engineering concepts</li><li>Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle </li><li>Effective communication skills and comfortable presenting to groups</li><li>PowerPoint and presentation generation skills</li><li>Self-starter with strong self-management</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time</li><li>Excellent Italian and English skills, French or German would be an advantage</li></ul><h3>Zusätzliche Informationen</h3><p>INFICON offers a dynamic working environment that promotes diversity, equality and inclusion.
