<h3>Company Description</h3><h3>Job Description</h3>Procore is looking for a Professional Services Solutions Consultant to play an integral role in supporting the sale of Procores Professional Services focused on product integrations, migrations, and customizations. Youll leverage your deep knowledge in consulting methodologies and enterprise software systems to inspire customer confidence in the value of our Professional Services. As part of a growing team, you’ll scope and prescribe Professional Services offerings for clients and prospective clients to drive adoption and services revenue. As a successful Professional Services Solutions Consultant, you’ll serve as the critical link between commitments made during the sales cycle and delivery of the services. Youll help prospects architect best practice strategies that address specific customer business needs that are practical to implement and easy to service. You will solve customer’s business problems using your design and analysis skills to transfer processes into technology.This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services and can be based remotely anywhere in the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.  What you’ll do:<ul><li>Drive revenue growth through consultative, value-based selling of  Procores Professional Services offerings, tailoring pitches and recommended services to customers needs, outcomes, and resources</li><li>Lead and facilitate onsite scoping and roadmap workshops for customers, tying business solutions to the Procore technology suite</li><li>Engage in strategic discussions to understand customer business objectives and propose solutions that align with their goals</li><li>Scope multi-workstream projects and assist in prioritization and project timelines</li><li>Advise on best practices and methodologies for implementation within the sales process </li><li>Generate, advise, and approve the scope and cost of Procores professional services via the Statement of Work, ensuring that SOWs quantify required variables of implementation </li><li>Uncover potential business opportunities with customer prospects through discovery, researching and understanding prospects implementation needs, and identifying potential solution hypotheses and value drivers of our Professional Services</li><li>Partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Engineers to increase salability of Procores service offerings.</li><li>Collaborate with services delivery partners to co-scope professional services engagements, ensuring alignment on customer needs, solution design, and successful delivery outcomes</li><li>Design solutions that transform the business and organizational culture of prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits</li><li>Lead the services sale for new business opportunities by building proposals for RFPs, supporting sales meetings, designing and scoping services solutions for clients and prospects</li><li>Play a leading role in the development of the services team as we scale, including process, people, and technology</li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives, e.g., with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales departments</li><li>Continually search for ways to improve services offerings and the methods by which customers are supported by Procore through our services   </li></ul>What we’re looking for:<ul><li>4+ years of experience, preferably in Professional Services </li><li>Bachelors degree is preferred; MA/MS/MBA degree a plus</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of enterprise software implementation and/or scoping experience with a focus on technology consulting, project management, or customer management.</li><li>Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, testing, training, and implementing business solutions using waterfall and agile methodologies</li><li>Relevant experience working in sales in one or more of the following areas: prescribing services related to upselling, cross-selling, change orders, or solution best practices</li><li>Excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication (oral &amp; written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management</li><li>Current experience with scoping, drafting, and presenting services options and SOWs to clients virtually and in-person </li><li>Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate an understanding of requirements to execute and make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan with limited guidance</li><li>Experience responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs); technical writing experience preferred</li><li>Experience co-scoping services with third party service providers</li></ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Additional Information</h3>Base Pay Range $92,400 - $127,050. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $132,000 - $181,500. Eligible for Equity Compensation.
