<h3>Company Description</h3><h3>Job Description</h3>We’re looking for a Public Sector Inside Sales Representative to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll partner with our Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers and cross functional teams to support the sales lifecycle for existing public sector businesses. As a Public Sector Inside Sales Representative and expert resource to our Account Executives, you’ll run deals independently while staying in close communication with the Sales team. You’ll supplement your sales and networking abilities with technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. We are looking for candidates to join us immediately!What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Partner to generate a healthy Run Rate business within your strategic segment. Run Rate comprises product line upsell and contract expansion into current clients</li><li>Build relationships with construction management C-Suite, leaders, and critical decision-makers by visiting clients</li><li>Work in close partnership with Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers and the cross functional teams to to support post sale revenue efforts with clients and partners</li><li>Participate in presentations and onsite meetings, coordinate RFPs, and position Procore as the leading construction software solution</li><li>Work with Public Sector Sales team to expand existing business by addressing clients technical challenges</li><li>Set up Account Executives for success by building awareness and interest within the client’s organization</li><li>Complete immersion and mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies</li><li>Provide fellow team members with mentoring and support</li><li>Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices, connect clients with Product Managers and Marketing to further client success and Procore’s evolution as a market leader</li><li>Travel up to 25% to client sites, industry events, Procore offices, and more!</li></ul>What we’re looking for:<ul><li>1+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B </li><li>Thorough understanding of the Public Sector, including fiscal years, contract vehicles, buying cycles and complexities </li><li>Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired</li><li>BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model</li><li>Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers</li><li>Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment</li><li>Ability to develop trusted relationships</li><li>Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools</li><li>Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, specifically <a href="http://salesforce.com/">Salesforce.com</a></li></ul><ul><li> </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Additional Information</h3>Base Pay Range $28 - $38. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $96,600-$132,825.
