<div>The Sr. Consumer Marketing Content Strategist role to leads and implements the content strategy for consumer marketing. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Consumer Marketing Content Strategy and combines strategy and execution. This person will create messaging frameworks, content plans, and journeys that boost engagement and deliver measurable marketing content results. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, establish foundational content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies that increase member engagement. This is a great opportunity to build a content strategy function and contribute to impactful marketing efforts at Included Health.</div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Strategy &amp; vision: You will develop and communicate a strategic, content vision that aligns with Consumer Marketings OKRs, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives and measure results.</li><li>Leadership &amp; team development: You will build and scale a high-performing content strategy function, mentoring team members and implementing scalable processes to elevate content across the marketing organization.</li><li>Content strategy &amp; messaging: You will lead the creation of content strategies, including journey mapping, persona-based messaging, and content planning for scalable growth across channels. You will also tailor content for both client and consumer audiences, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and brand positioning.</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration: You will partner across Consumer Marketing and other departments to create member-facing content that aligns with business objectives and clearly articulates value.</li><li>Planning &amp; execution: You will develop and manage editorial calendars, oversee content production, and ensure timely distribution across platforms. You will also actively engage in the content creation process while continuously optimizing content through performance tracking and A/B testing.</li><li>Performance analysis &amp; reporting: You will track and analyze content performance metrics, refine strategies based on insights, and report key findings to stakeholders, supporting client-facing teams with cohesive content strategies that address audience needs.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.</li><li>7+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, and messaging with a proven ability to develop and execute content plans that drive results.</li><li>Expertise in journey mapping, messaging frameworks, and persona-driven content strategies.</li><li>Strong experience creating consumer messaging aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Data-driven decision-maker with strong strategic judgment to navigate complex challenges.</li><li>Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and build trust across teams.</li><li>A “builder” mentality—someone ready to, create scalable solutions, and lead the team through growth and change.</li></ul><div><i>The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:</i></div><div><br /></div><div><i>Zone A: $</i>120,050 - $156,070 <i>+ equity + benefits</i></div><div><i>Zone B: $</i>132,055 - $171,677 <i>+ equity + benefits</i></div><div><i>Zone C: $</i>144,060 - $187,284 <i>+ equity + benefits</i></div><div><i>Zone D: $</i>156,065 - $202,891 <i>+ equity + benefits</i></div><div><br /></div><div><i>This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
