<div>The Product Insights team drives Included Healths strategic vision, aiming to impact the <b>Quintuple Aim of healthcare</b>: improved member experience, better health outcomes, lower costs, clinician well-being, and health equity. We provide internal analytics and partner with cross-functional teams including product, clinical, and engineering teams to understand member needs, enhance product features, optimize operations, and inform critical decisions.</div><div><br /></div><div>You will wrangle complex product and healthcare data, synthesizing insights, and creating compelling data stories through dashboards and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.</div><div><br /></div><div>You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Insights is necessary to our commitment to raising the standard of healthcare for everyone.</div><h3>About the Role:</h3><ul><li>Drive insights and recommendations for complex projects both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of how our products are being used and identify opportunities to better serve our members needs.</li><li>Prototype novel approaches to measuring or inferring product and business performance.</li><li>Develop dashboards with key visualizations for tracking product and business performance.</li><li>Connect the dots on how our operational performance drives health outcomes and savings.</li><li>Scale our impact so we can bring our services to more people in need.</li></ul><h3>Project Examples:</h3><ul><li>Identifying opportunities to drive higher clinical engagement for individuals with the greatest healthcare needs and develop an understanding of how individuals using our platform think about engaging with our clinical services.</li><li>Measuring our impact on population level health outcomes so we can demonstrate our value to customers.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Requirements:</h3><ul><li><b>8+ years of progressive work experience</b> in highly quantitative roles. This should include significant experience leading complex analytics projects.</li><li><b>Lead quantitative projects end-to-end</b>, from problem definition to insight delivery.</li><li><b>Proven track record of successful collaboration within cross-functional teams.</b> Ability to influence, align, and drive consensus among stakeholders from various departments (e.g., product, engineering, operations, and finance).</li><li><b>Possesses accountability,</b> consistently delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.</li><li><b>Advanced proficiency in navigating, joining, and analyzing complex, disparate datasets using relational databases.</b> Skills in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R are essential.</li><li><b>Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations</b> using industry-leading tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.</li><li><b>Masters or other advanced degree</b> in a relevant field preferred</li><li><b>Experience providing analytical support for healthcare initiatives preferred,</b> especially in value-based care programs or population health.</li></ul><h3>Physical/Cognitive Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.</li><li>Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.</li></ul><div><b>Pay:</b></div><div><br /></div><div><i>The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:</i></div><div><br /></div><div>Zone A: $120,050 - $156,070 + equity + benefits</div><div>Zone B: $132,055 - $171,677 + equity + benefits</div><div>Zone C: $144,060 - $187,284 + equity + benefits</div><div>Zone D: $156,065 - $202,891+ equity + benefits</div><div><br /></div><div><i>This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
