About the Role:As a Frontend/Mobile Engineer at Incision, you will be responsible for building seamless user experiences across both our web and mobile products. You will work with Angular and TypeScript on the web, and Flutter/Dart on mobile, ensuring consistency, performance, and reliability across platforms. You will collaborate closely with our UX Designer, Product Owners, and Backend Engineers to deliver features end-to-end, from design system alignment, through implementation, to testing and release. You will play a key role in shaping how surgical teams interact with our platform, making sure our tools are fast, intuitive, and secure. This is a great role for someone who loves crafting polished user interfaces, cares deeply about performance and accessibility, and enjoys the challenge of unifying web and mobile into a consistent product experience.
