The role will focus on gaining breadth and depth of treatment adoption from the LUGPA clinics, Academic institutions, and IDN Hospitals who treat and manage early-stage bladder cancer patients within their territory. The Uro Oncology Business Manager will need to understand the unique market opportunities of their geography, including account affiliations and decision makers, prescriber influencers, and treatment pathways.Essential Functions<ul><li>Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva’s treatment adoption across all clinics and prescribers who treat and manage patients with approved indicators.</li><li>Build trusting customer relationships and provide clear educational information to communicate efficacy results and define appropriate patient identification.</li><li>Develop and maintain meaningful disease state knowledge and product expertise to provide value proposition to the customer.</li><li>Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions to address barriers. </li><li>Collaborate with ImmunityBio matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or change territory tactics.</li><li>Accountable for the training of all relevant HCP’s on Anktiva dosing, administration, and overall treatment expectations for all accounts within the territory.</li><li>Utilize approved resources to educate and answer questions regarding reimbursement and contracting information.</li><li>Appropriately utilize company approved marketing tools and resources to craft a targeted approach to manage accounts and geographic territory.</li><li>Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for the top providers and clinics within the territory.</li><li>Represent product in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.</li><li>Complete all administration, reporting, and training tasks proficiently and on time.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies required.</li><li>4+ years urological oncology/urology experience required</li><li>Proven track record of success and experience in start-up biopharma and/or diagnostics company required</li><li>Comprehension of the buy and build model preferred</li><li>Must possess and maintain a current valid drivers license required</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities<ul><li>Communicate effectively with social/emotional/relational intelligence, both verbally and written, with team members, leadership, and customers.</li><li>Create genuine relationships with customers based on integrity and trustworthiness.</li><li>Ability to be a continual learner, open to innovative ideas and solutions while collaborating with cross-functional commercial members. </li><li>Ability to gain consistent access and develop strong professional relationships with health care providers in community and hospital settings. </li><li>Understand the complexities and subtleties of the urologic oncology marketplace and customer segments.</li><li>Demonstrate strong business acumen, analytics, and account management skills.</li><li>Effective prioritization, flexibility and change management abilities in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Candidates will have integrity, be inclusive and collaborative.</li></ul>Working Environment / Physical Environment<ul><li>Remote</li><li>The willingness and ability to travel overnight</li><li>Requires driving a personal vehicle on behalf of the Company</li><li>Must successfully complete a motor vehicle record check upon hire and annually thereafter</li><li>Must maintain a standard form of automobile liability insurance that meets the company’s required minimum coverage limits (currently $250,000/$500,000 bodily injury liability and $100,000 property damage liability),</li><li>Must provide proof of insurance coverage that meets these requirements upon hire and annually thereafter</li></ul>This position is eligible for a commercial bonus, car allowance, and equity award. The annual base pay range for this position is below.
