Apply rigorous data quality, deduplication, and crosswalk logic (e.g., J-code to NDC, buy-and-bill vs pharmacy) and reconcile SP to claims to /867 flows to produce accurate patient-funnel, access, and revenue insights.</li><li>Partner with the IT team and apply strong knowledge of modern warehouses (Snowflake/Databricks) and data modeling design/enhance scalable environments, build analytics-ready layers, and contribute to ETL/ELT.</li><li>Collaborate with IT to design/enhance dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik Sense)</li><li>Develop advanced Excel solutions (modeling, pivots, Power Query, VBA/macros) to reduce manual effort via SQL + Excel (Power Query/VBA) where appropriate.</li><li>Automate and produce daily sales reporting, support IC calculations, and deliver medical claims and call-activity reporting.</li><li>Create, edit and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Performs ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects as assigned to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant field with 7+ years of relevant work experience is required</li><li>Experience with commercial data is required</li><li>Experience and proficiency with SQL is required.</li><li>Experience with Python is preferred</li><li>Experience with HTML/CSS is preferred</li><li>Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities<ul><li>Advanced SQL knowledge to build and optimize complex queries at scale, with rigorous data quality checks and reproducible, auditable outputs</li><li>BI expertise (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik) and advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivots, Power Query; VBA/macro)</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Life-sciences claims</li><li>Working knowledge of modern warehouses (Snowflake/Databricks) and dimensional/normalized modeling</li><li>ELT (Extract, Load and Transform) familiarity</li><li>Effective cross functional communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders</li></ul>Working Environment / Physical Environment<ul><li>This position works on site or remote depending on the candidate’s geographic location.</li><li>Regular work schedule is Monday – Friday, within standard business hours.  Flexibility is available with manager approval.</li><li>Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.</li><li>Lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds.</li></ul>This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award.
