He/she shall collaborate with the Professional Services / Solutions Engineering team to understand customer needs and offer tailored technical solutions that address those needs. This role involves team management, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.</div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their success in supporting the efforts.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the Professional Services and Solutions Engineering team to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and pain points. Collaborate in the development of effective triage strategies and solutions.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the organizations products, services, and solutions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.</li><li>Solution Development: Lead the creation of tailored technical solutions and proposals that meet customer needs. This may include product demonstrations, proof of concept development, and technical presentations.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers to address technical questions, concerns, and objections, building trust and confidence in the proposed solutions.</li><li>Resource Management: Allocate solution engineers to opportunities based on their expertise and availability.
