About the Role iCapital is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and experienced business development professional to join the team focused on expanding the firm’s enterprise presence within the U.S. independent wealth channel. This team manages relationships with iCapital’s largest Private Bank and Wirehouse clients, and this role will be instrumental in driving growth and deepening client engagement. The ideal candidate will lead new business initiatives and go-to-market strategies, maintain and grow senior-level relationships, and coordinate client needs across the firm. This individual will be instrumental in growing and expanding the company’s presence and client base driving new business initiatives and GTM strategies, managing and maintain senior relationships, and play a key role in coordinating client needs across the firm. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, prospecting new relationships, crafting compelling pitch decks, developing market analysis and strategy, engaging with potential clients through various channels, negotiating contracts, and leading implementation efforts. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Develop existing relationships with wealth managers including private banks and wirehouses.</li> <li>Play a key role as strategic client leadership for several key wealth management clients.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to introduce new products and services that expand client footprint and drive growth.</li> <li>Collaborate with other relationship managers and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development, CRM technology, and marketing.</li> <li>Manage and lead internal projects and develop frameworks and processes for ongoing team management.</li> <li>Develop presentations with significant data and analysis for internal meetings and projects.</li> <li>Work alongside the Client Solutions team to develop meaningful measurements of success.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in a business development or relationship management capacity, with a focus on enterprise or technology sales</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of alternative investments</li> <li>Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms is highly preferred</li> <li>Experience with SAAS offerings and wealth technology platforms are preferred</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li> <li>Strategic mindset and able to work independently </li> <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint</li> <li>Demonstrated client service skills and ability to carry enterprise relationships with little to no oversight  </li> <li>Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred </li> </ul> Benefits The base salary range for this role is $225,000 to $275,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
