Ibotta is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our innovative Revenue Strategy &amp; Operations team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position will be collaborating with the Sales, Business Intelligence &amp; Analytics, Finance, and Tools teams to generate strategic insights and optimize business processes such as revenue forecasting and pipelining. You will be a key partner helping to ensure Ibotta’s evolving business runs smoothly through the flawless application of operational rigor and process improvement.  This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.What you will be doing:<ul><li>Support strategic revenue growth initiatives across the company, modeling top-line and bottom-line impact </li><li>Participate as GTM expert within various Annual Operational Planning processes and projects to provide process expertise, performance insights,, and drive successful launches</li><li>Assist with the implementation of technical and process-related updates to our sales technology stack.</li><li>Identify potential bottlenecks in the sales process through data analysis and propose solutions.</li><li>Ensure processes are well documented to maintain consistency, transparency, and data integrity.</li><li>Dive deep to understand sales rep and sales management daily needs and the best way to deliver solutions for them.</li><li>Have experience supporting sales leaders in change management processes to build an organizational understanding of proposed changes.</li><li>Maintain and analyze key reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Looker, and Tableau related to sales efficiency and effectiveness; making sure stakeholders have the necessary info to manage their business successfully as well as providing key insights. </li><li>Effectively communicate learnings from analyses to provide recommendations cross-functionally to ensure that targets are met.</li><li>Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system.</li><li>Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency &amp; A good idea can come from anywhere</li></ul>What we are looking for: <ul><li> 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Business Strategy, Investment Banking, or related role.  </li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Technical Skills: <ul><li>Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills required</li><li>Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills</li><li>Strong familiarity with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.</li><li>Salesforce experience</li></ul></li><li>2+ years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.</li><li>Experience communicating business insights succinctly via Google Slides and Microsoft Powerpoint</li><li>Great communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work independently with little guidance or oversight and influence at different organizational level </li></ul>About Ibotta (I bought a...)Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN).
