Ibotta is looking for an Associate Data Privacy Program Manager to assist with our company-wide data privacy compliance programs.  Reporting to the VP, Risk and IT, this individual will support execution and maintenance of Privacy at Ibotta by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring documentation is up to date.  This role assists with privacy compliance tasks such as maintaining records of processing activities, supporting privacy impact assessments, handling routine inquiries and escalations from stakeholders, and monitoring the resolution of identified issues.This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.What youll be doing:<ul><li>Assist with the identification of privacy risks, the development and implementation of corrective action plans, and provide ideas on how to avoid and remediate similar issues in the future</li><li>Maintain and update privacy documentation, such as data processing inventories and records of processing activities, breach response, data classification and acceptable use policies</li><li>Support execution of privacy compliance activities including risk assessments, regulatory requests for information, issue management, compliance reviews, exams/audits, data &amp; tooling systems, and/or regulatory &amp; compliance transparency reporting</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for basic privacy inquiries and operations work, including data subject rights requests, cookie management, and external inquiries</li><li>Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items for the privacy program</li><li>Coordinate the preparation of privacy training, communication and awareness materials.
