Candidates must live in the United States. Candidates living in Atlanta, Austin, Bentonville, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Jersey City, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, or St. Louis may be eligible for remote work.What you will be doing:<ul><li>Act as one of the primary points of contact for clients from campaign launch through completion, with a focus on driving campaign performance that contributes directly to revenue goals.</li><li>Own the end-to-end optimization of active campaigns to maximize return on investment and secure incremental spend, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed target KPIs.</li><li>Operate with a revenue-first mindset—managing priorities independently, tracking performance against goals, and proactively seeking out opportunities to close new revenue.</li><li>Work in tandem with Client Partner to own and carry a yearly account quota </li><li>Provide strategic, data-driven insights and regular performance updates to clients, using analytics tools to highlight value and identify clear upsell or renewal opportunities.</li><li>Lead the development and delivery of persuasive campaign recaps that showcase performance impact and support revenue-driving follow-up conversations, including expansion proposals and renewal strategies. </li><li>Build and maintain deep, multi-level relationships with brand partners to influence decision-making and close new or expanded business tied to content marketing solutions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Client Partners and Sales teams to surface growth opportunities, co-create upsell strategies, and contribute directly to hitting gross profit and revenue targets.</li><li>Take ownership of client training and onboarding to ensure successful campaign execution, setting the foundation for long-term engagement, upsell potential, and revenue retention. </li><li>Maintain consistent and strategic client communication to build trust, advance sales conversations, and drive deal momentum. </li><li>Resolve campaign issues with urgency and accountability, demonstrating a “Care More” mindset that reinforces client loyalty and long-term revenue potential.</li><li>Proactively identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within accounts and collaborate with internal teams to close additional business.</li><li>Travel up to 40% to support client relationship development, sales meetings, and industry events.</li><li>Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency &amp; A good idea can come from anywhere.</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>3+ years of experience managing campaigns</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail affiliate preferred</li><li>Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel, Looker or similar data aggregation system preferred</li><li>Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated</li><li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (Candidates do a presentation as part of the hiring process)</li><li>Ability to capitalize on past marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners to facilitate campaigns</li></ul>About Ibotta (I bought a...)Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN).
