Youll operate as a </span><b>true hunter</b><span>, building pipeline within the Enterprise market, managing </span><b>complex multi-stakeholder sales</b><span>, and positioning Hyperscience as a </span><b>disruptive, high-impact AI solution</b><span>. This is a </span><b>high-ownership role</b><span> for someone with a </span><b>Challenger sales mindset</b><span>, comfortable operating autonomously in </span><b>complex enterprise environments</b><span>, and confident in building relationships from the ground up. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This is a </span><b>hybrid role</b><span>, with occasional team sessions and </span><b>frequent travel across the US Central/West Coast region</b><span> to deepen customer intimacy and accelerate deal cycles.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li><b>Drive net-new logo acquisition</b> across <b>strategic enterprise accounts</b> in the <b>US Central/West Coast Region</b></li><li><b>Own the full sales cycle</b>: from <b>proactive outbound</b> to close, including <b>territory planning, pipeline development</b>, and <b>forecast accuracy</b></li><li>Build and expand <b>multi-threaded relationships</b>, including with <b>C-level decision-makers</b></li><li><b>Self-source pipeline</b> and execute a focused <b>outbound strategy</b> targeting high-value accounts</li><li><b>Qualify quickly and effectively</b>, focusing efforts where impact is greatest</li><li>Navigate <b>complex technical sales cycles</b> with clarity and persistence</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with <b>Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Product, and Marketing</b> to tailor messaging and maintain deal momentum</li><li>Prioritize <b>in-person engagement</b> to <b>build trust</b> and <b>accelerate sales cycles</b></li><li>Provide feedback on <b>regional trends, ICP insights</b>, and <b>buyer dynamics</b> to inform GTM strategy</li></ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><ul><li><b>8+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience</b>, including <b>net-new logo wins</b> within <b>large / enterprise organizations</b></li><li>Proven success in <b>disruptive or challenger-type technology companies</b></li><li>Deep experience in <b>self-sourcing pipeline</b>, building outbound motions, and <b>executing complex deal strategies</b></li><li>Track record of managing <b>multi-threaded sales cycles</b> with multiple stakeholders and <b>high-value deal sizes</b></li><li><b>Strong business acumen and commercial curiosity</b>: able to align buyer pain with business outcomes and communicate value clearly</li><li><b>Excellent prioritization, time management</b>, and <b>territory ownership</b> skills</li><li>Familiarity with <b>structured sales methodologies</b> (e.g., <b>MEDDPICC</b>)</li><li><b>Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities</b>, including objection handling and stakeholder influence</li><li><b>Bonus:</b> Experience with <b>AI, GenAI, automation</b>, or <b>Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)</b> technologies</li></ul><div><span>The target </span><b>OTE </b><span>for this role: $300,000 - $330,000.  Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location, and our business needs and objectives.  Our overall compensation packages include base salary, equity, and the benefits and perks listed below. </span><span>Our Talent Acquisition team will speak more about our Total Rewards philosophy and approach during the hiring process.</span></div><div><br /></div><div>This is a field-based position supporting the U.S. Central/West Coast territory.
