CRM Manager

Hutch is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join the team on an initial 6 month contract. As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for defining, implementing and optimising our CRM initiatives to drive player engagement, retention and monetisation. You will have the exciting challenge of shaping our approach to CRM from scratch, selecting the right tools, building automated workflows, and working closely with our marketing, product and data teams to deliver best-in-class lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that drives player engagement, retention and lifetime value across Hutch’s portfolio of live games
  • Lead the selection and implementation of CRM tools & platforms suited for a mobile games environment
  • Build and manage player segmentation and personalised messaging strategies based on in-game behaviour and player lifecycle stage
  • Design and optimise automated onboarding, re-engagement and win-back campaigns across multiple channels (push, in-app, email, SMS)
  • Work closely with game teams, analysts and marketing teams to ensure CRM efforts align with overarching marketing strategies
  • Establish and monitor CRM KPIs and analytics, continuously refining strategies based on performance data
  • Proven experience leading CRM strategy, preferably within mobile games / app environments
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tooling, specifically Braze
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance measurement
  • Self starter who can take ownership of the CRM area and drive results
  • Passion for gaming is a plus!
