So if you’re defined by ongoing progress—if you can lead teams, create solutions, and masterfully communicate on every level…If you’re a consummate professional, a prospective champion of Hurons core values, and an inspiration of confidence and trust… then you can and will—leave your mark on the future of consulting.  <br /><br />Rewarding and boundless… a Director role at Huron will ignite your consulting future. <br /><br />Let’s get to work – together.<p></p><h3></h3><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years experience in the areas of restructuring &amp; turnaround consulting with distressed clients, corporate finance, business operations, banking crisis management and/or within a specific industry</li><li>High-level of proficiency with financial modeling and Excel is required: 13-week cash flow forecast, integrated 3-statement financials, financial reporting (monthly operating reports, statements &amp; schedules), operational improvement and overhead analysis, and pitchbook preparation</li><li>Significant experience with development of pre-bankruptcy plans, and assisting with Chapter 11 bankruptcy case administration tasks including statutory reporting requirements.</li><li>Ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously, with strong project and team management</li><li>Demonstrated business development and superior client management skills</li><li>BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or equivalent work experience</li><li>Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)</li><li>Candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous US</li></ul><p><br />Preferred:</p><ul><li>MBA or advanced degree preferred</li><li>Have or working toward one or more of the following certifications: Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)</li></ul><p></p><p>The estimated <u>base salary</u> range for this job is $200,000 - $270,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the <u>total estimated compensation</u> range for this job is $250,000 - $364,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
