You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all projects meet DoD and DISA standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. If you are passionate about government acquisition, cloud marketing initiatives, and have a strong strategic communication that drives change, we encourage you to apply.  </div><div>   </div><div>Key Responsibilities: </div><div> </div><div><ul><li>Program Management: Manage Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), finances, budget planning and preparation, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects within scope and quality standards. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Team Leadership: Ability to lead and manage numerous program managers and teams, while promoting professional growth and development. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and implement execution, finance, and budgeting strategies that support DISA J9 HaC PMO business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to streamline operations and increase productivity. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing the contract budgets, timelines, and project scopes to achieve desired outcomes. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues proactively and ensure program success. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaboration and Compliance: Facilitate communication with peer organizations, senior leadership, and coordinate with the government strategic communications group. Ensure all activities comply with DoD and DISA regulations, mandates, standards, policies, and guidelines. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Required Experience: </div><div><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant finance experience in IT and Acquisition, DoD preferred </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Manager successfully managing multiple, concurrent task orders with an aggregate annual value over $10M </li></ul></div></div><div><div> </div><div>Required Qualifications: </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, Program/Project Management or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>PMP Certification </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Active DoD Top Secret / Top Secret with SCI Eligibility Clearance </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience and familiarity with security engineering, RMF support, office automation systems and cloud service solutions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs): Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Oracle cloud environments  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience &amp; success employing Agile methodologies and frameworks </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven track record of successfully leading a cross-functional team across various regions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency with modern office tools and technology </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications: </div><div><ul><li>Preferred experience managing Cloud Service Providers, Marketing, and Strategic Communication Activities </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>DoD Program Management Experience preferred  </li></ul></div><div>  </div><div>This is your chance to shape how DISA delivers technology to the entire DoD across the globe while exercising your unique knowledge and expertise. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for professionals who are passionate about IT and cloud efforts for the warfighter.
