The Senior Professional, Creative Development collaborates with Stars and Risk Adjustment teams to develop provider communication materials using creative design and creative writing to educate provider audiences on Humana’s initiatives. The Senior Professional, Creative Development work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior Professional, Creative Development applies various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the provider audience for the organization and its products, services and brands.
Responsibilities include:
- Develops and coordinates multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, flyers, PowerPoints, talking points, etc.).
- Ensures communications meet Associated Press (AP) and Humana brand standards.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to create effective communications in both content and delivery.
- Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
- Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 5 years of content development project management, including collaboration across multiple departments
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat: create, edit and review PDFs
- Independent self-starter and extremely detail-oriented
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Stars initiatives and programs
- Knowledge of Risk Adjustment initiatives and programs
- Experience educating adult learners
- Experience with SharePoint design

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
