The Senior Informaticist work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.<h1>We are seeking a Senior Informaticist to join the team!</h1>The Senior Informaticist leverages its advanced knowledge of data, modeling, optimization, and tools to:<ul><li>Apply disciplined analytics to predict behavior and optimize programs and products to maximize revenue growth.</li><li>Utilize advanced or predictive modeling to develop, test and validate cases that improve the outcomes and quality of the programs we offer.</li><li>Contribute to more innovative approaches to financial models as it builds knowledge of the business context in which it operates.</li><li>Understand and analyze complex data, articulate to various units within the company at the appropriate level, impact the business from mathematical concepts which have a potentially sizeable dollar impact on the business. Begins to influence department’s strategy.</li><li>Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.</li><li>Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.</li></ul><h1> Use your skills to make an impact  </h1>Required Qualifications (General)<ul><li>Bachelors degree or higher</li><li>5+ years of data analytics experience</li><li>Experience with using data to drive business outcomes and decisions</li><li>Experience with optimizing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries</li><li>Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms</li><li>Able to articulate and present findings and insights to senior leadership</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences</li></ul>Required Qualifications (Data Engineering)<ul><li>3+ years of experience with SAS</li><li>3+ years of experience with Python or Object-Oriented Programming</li></ul>Required Qualifications (Business Intelligence)<ul><li>3+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling</li><li>Experience with Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Power Automate, and/or Power Apps</li></ul>Additional InformationSSN Alert InformationHumana values personal identity protection.
