The Senior Network Adequacy Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior Data &amp; Reporting Professional begins to influence the department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This role will manage and lead the data infrastructure and reporting methodologies in support of Network Adequacy requirements and process optimization, primarily focusing on the Medicaid line of business, with a deep understanding of network build initiatives to proactively mitigate operational deficiencies, drive superior quality, and establish standardization in an ambiguous environment.<ul><li>Systems thinker - Highly analytical, able to break down a problem and recommend pragmatic solutions</li><li>Prioritization - Able to execute on projects within prescribed timelines in an environment with competing demands</li><li>Data - The ability to process data, present relevant views to different stakeholders, and predict and forecast trends/insights</li><li>Tools - A curiosity to experiment with and evaluate new tools to impact how we work. Advanced skills with SQL, PowerBI, and Excel</li><li>Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities</li><li>High collaboration and consensus building skills; assuring that reports align with stated operational goals and/or strategic initiatives</li></ul><h1> Use your skills to make an impact  </h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelors Degree</li><li>5 or more years of data analysis and reporting experience</li><li>Prior experience creating analytics solutions for various and disparate healthcare Provider data</li><li>Advanced in SQL and relational database models</li><li>In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.</li><li>Experience utilizing and optimizing the use of multiple large data sets</li><li>Experience building reporting solutions and data visualizations using Power BI</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in DAX coding</li><li>Expertise in data mining, correlation analyses, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling</li><li>SSIS ETL experience in the process of data extraction, transforming data into information, and loading information effectively</li><li>Able to mentor others in how to efficiently code and effectively design dashboards and reports</li><li>Knowledge of Provider contracting</li><li>Project Management experience</li></ul>Additional InformationThis role is considered remote/work at home, however, you must live/work in the EST to be considered for this opportunity with preference being given to candidates located within driving distance to Louisville, KY.Work-At-Home Requirements<ul><li>Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
