Educates providers on utilization and medical management processes.</li><li>Enters and maintains pertinent clinical information in various medical management systems.</li><li>Communicate with providers or members </li></ul><h1> Use your skills to make an impact  </h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in either Florida or a compact state with no disciplinary action.</li><li>Live in NC, SC, FL or GA</li><li>2 or more years of Utilization Management (UM), Pre-Auth, and/or other managed care review experience</li><li>1 or more years of acute and/or critical care clinical experience</li><li>Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel (ie filter) and Outlook</li><li>Work Tuesday – Saturday 8am-5pm EST, Overtime and Holidays based on business needs</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>BSN</li><li>Bilingual English/ Spanish. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
