The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically, works on semi-routine assignments.The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolve issues, and educating members. Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance with it. Escalates unresolved and pending customer grievances. Decisions typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.<h1> Use your skills to make an impact  </h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Must reside in the state of Ohio</li><li>2+ years of Customer Service experience</li><li>2+ years of technical claims experience – (Prior history handling provider calls, the ability to read and understand an EOR, translate claim information, basic understanding of insurance benefits) </li><li>Strong customer service orientation</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously</li><li>Effective verbal and listening communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Associates or Bachelors Degree</li><li>Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience</li><li>Prior healthcare experience</li></ul>Required Work Schedule:Training: <ul><li>This position is scheduled to start on December 1st, 2025. Virtual training starts on day one of employment and will run for 6-8 weeks with a schedule of 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern Monday - Friday.</li><li>You must be on time, in a quiet environment, dressed appropriately, with your camera ON during training and for other meetings required by leadership.</li></ul>Work Schedule Following Training: <ul><li>Following training, associates are required to have flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:45 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern time, Monday - Friday. Some weekends and overtime may be required, based on company needs.</li><li>The initial 120 days of employment as an Inbound Contacts Representative 2 constitute an appraisal period.  This Appraisal Period is essential to your learning and development, which is why we ask for perfect attendance during both the classroom training and nesting periods. </li><li>The department has a strict attendance policy. Time off is not permitted during the first 90 days and is discouraged during the 120-day appraisal period.</li><li>This position requires learning many systems, policies, and tools, and it takes time to become proficient in the role.
