This role will lead from the front—driving change, influencing cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing materials meet regulatory standards while aligning with enterprise messaging strategies.<div><div>Key Responsibilities </div><div>Governance Leadership &amp; Compliance Oversight </div><div><ul><li>Lead governance and compliance capability initiatives for marketing communications that support enterprise priorities and mitigate risk.</li><li>Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure marketing materials adhere to CMS, HIPAA, state, and internal regulations</li></ul></div><div>Reusable Language Strategy </div><div><ul><li>Define and implement the strategy for reusable language across all business segments</li><li>Develop and maintain tooling, processes, and policies to support scalable language reuse</li><li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the reusable, approved marketing language database, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand and regulatory standards</li></ul></div><div>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Influence </div><div><ul><li>Influence and guide cross-functional teams to adopt governance and messaging best practices</li><li>Partner with content creators, compliance teams, and business leaders to ensure alignment, execution and operational efficiency</li><li>Facilitate training and enablement efforts to promote consistent messaging and governance adherence</li><li>Support timely review and feedback processes that accelerate agile marketing execution</li></ul></div><div>Continuous Improvement &amp; Insights </div><div><ul><li>Monitor usage trends of reusable language and governance workflows to identify opportunities for standardization and optimization</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve member experience</li><li>Provide strategic insights and reporting to leadership on governance performance and messaging impact</li></ul></div></div><div><div>Impact </div><div>This role is critical to Humana’s mission of delivering trustworthy, compliant, and member-focused communications. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.  $126,300 - $173,700 per year  This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
