<h1>Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first  </h1>The Lead Data Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use, working on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Lead Data Product Manager will work within the Integrate Business Advancement Data &amp; Analytics team. The team focuses on converting data to actionable insights for our business partners across the enterprise who can utilize the same, to improve the customer’s experience while reducing administrative costs. The Lead Data Product Manager is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify data needs by leveraging the data flow throughout an entire product lifecycle and documenting the data requirements for each new capability, functionality, or product. This individual works as a liaison and manages data features between the solution and product teams.The Lead Data Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
