<h1>Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first  </h1>The Billing &amp; Reconciliation Representative 3 is responsible for the reconciliation of revenue received from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services for members enrolled in iCare and Inclusa long term care Medicaid programs. The Billing &amp; Reconciliation Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.The Billing &amp; Reconciliation Representative 3 reconciles monthly capitation payments received for each member, documents any problems found during reconciliation, provides appropriate plans and conducts follow up that will lead to their resolution. Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interested parties are updated about the status. Identifies enrollment and member billing discrepancies as they relate to capitation revenue received. Conducts follow up internally and with external organizations such as county Income Maintenance Consortiums and local Aging and Disability Resource Centers. Prepares and submits contractually required discrepancy and overpayment reports to the Department of Health Services. Decisions typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. <h1> Use your skills to make an impact  </h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>1+years of experience in accounts receivable.</li><li>Intermediate skills with Excel documents (sorting, filtering, copying and pasting).</li><li>Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences</li><li>Must be able to work during core business hours of 8:00am-4:30pm CST, Monday-Friday.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in accounting or finance related field.</li><li>Experience working with Wisconsin Medicaid and Forward Health.</li></ul>Additional InformationMust be able to work during core business hours of 8:00am-4:30pm CST, Monday-Friday.Interview Format As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability.
