Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs/issues, troubleshoots problems, conducts root cause analysis, and develops cost effective resolutions for data anomalies. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.This role will focus on doing ROI/evaluation analyses for relationships with external vendors as well as independent initiatives aimed at reducing cost, improving member health outcomes, or otherwise producing value within Humanas Medicaid block of business. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.  $106,900 - $147,000 per year  This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
